Candidate should be 3+ years of experience in HR Policies Recruitment Employee Engagement Employee Relations, Team Management. Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills . Should have good analytical & problem solving skills.

Job Responsbility-

Independent Handling of Department, effective decision maker and a strong Motivator. Manage relationships across the company and with a wide variety of partners based on trust, teamwork and knowledge. Job includes Recruitment and Selection.

On boarding of new employees, documentation, induction and training co-ordination.
Payroll management & administration.
Employee Relations & Employee engagement.
Performance Appraisals.

Developing retention & growth strategies for employees.
Designing & implementing HR Policies.
